Last week, I meant to juice.
All the produce was there: watermelon, pineapple, apples, carrots, cucumbers, greens.. but life got busy, and by the time Friday rolled around, everything was about to go bad.
So instead of going out, I stayed in. Just me, my juicer, and a quiet kitchen. & honestly, I forget how much I love this part.
The process.
Chopping all the fruits and veggies. Creating colorful bowls.

Excited for a little nutrient boost and making sure none of my produce went to waste. b/c realistically? There’s no way I would’ve eaten half of this before it went bad. Juicing lets me get it in, in a way that feels nourishing, not overwhelming.
Anyway, here’s what I made:
🌿 Green Glow
- Cucumber
- Spinach + kale
- Apple
- Ginger
- Lemon
Start the day with this one. It’s energizing without caffeine and gets everything moving.
🌴 Tropical-Green
- Leftover pineapple
- Apples
- Cucumber
- All the remaining greens
- Lemon
This one used up every last scrap and turned out to be my favorite.

🍉 Watermelon Wave
- Watermelon
- Cucumber
- Lemon
Pure refreshment. The kind of hydration that makes your skin glow. Pour over ice with a mint leaf for a mocktail.
🥕 Carrot Cooler
- Carrot
- Pineapple
- Apple
- Ginger
Tastes like a tropical creamsicle.
🔥 Fire Sign Shots
- Lemon
- Ginger
- Trader Joe’s turmeric powder
- Cayenne + black pepper
Spicy but satisfying! Aries morning must-have.

A Few Things That Made This Process Possible:
- Slow Masticating Juicer – game changer for batch juicing
- Glass juice bottles – perfect for storing shots
- A good set of knives – makes prep manageable
You can find them all on my Amazon Storefront.
I’ll be honest: I almost didn’t make it through this batch. But standing in the kitchen with my favorite playlist and the sound of the juicer humming reminded me why I come back to this.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about finding rituals that bring you back to yourself.
